How can I make Payment?
For now you can only pay by bank transfer or contact our customer service for cash on delivery option (Only available on some area we can deliver ourself)
This is my first time purchasing online, I am concerned about security?
This is a normal concern for many online shoppers. You can check our address and call our office (we use home phone to assure that we use real address)
How to check order status if my internet access got disconnected or interrupted during make payment online?
Please contact our customer service by phone, we will be happy to help you.
Is it possible to change my order once I have added it to the cart?
Yes, before completing your transaction, you can remove / add items from the shopping cart. Please note that once your transaction has been completed you will not be able to change your order
How my orders delivered?
Product(s) ordered outside our coverage area will be delivered by our courier service partner.
Product(s) ordered inside our coverage area will be delivered by our RedPanda delivery service.
Is there any delivery Charges?
Delivery cost is free if delivered by our RedPanda delivery service. If you are outside our coverage Area we will have to charge the shipping cost according to our courier service cost.
How long does it take to delivery my product?
We shall deliver the product to you within 14 working days upon receipt of your payment.
Can I choose a specific time and date for delivery of my product?
Our Customer Care Officer will contact you to make a delivery appointment before delivering the product to you.
Can I return the product I purchased?
Term and conditions applies. If in 14 days after product(s) received you found any defect (Factory defect), you can contact our customer service for replacement.
